Nicole Francis, owner of Elocin Transportation Consultants designed a vocational training academy model with the primary focus on assisting individuals to obtain their Commercial Drivers Class A & B license in 2018. She consulted with small-large fleet owners, nationally accredited trucking schools and most importantly drivers throughout the country who specialized in transporting freight and cargo in tractors, long haul equipment, tankers, box trucks, and dump trucks with over 25 plus years of trucking and transportation experience. To date her company has assisted in the training of 1644 individuals in which 1506 obtained their commercial drivers license resulting in a 91% success rate and 38% have become owner/operators.
